8. Limitation of Liability for Virtual Interruptions

BestLoterij Skypark Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any perceived loss of virtual items, Altitude Ranks, or Aether Crystals due to technical glitches, server downtime, or account termination. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

9. Dispute Resolution under New Zealand Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Auckland, New Zealand.

10. Final Provisions and Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect. We may assign these terms without your consent.
